I made this short video to share with you how I take pictures with blurry background using the kit lens.
Here are some bokeh tips:
1. Position your subject far from the background.
2. Zoom the lens closer to the subject.
3. Use the widest aperture as possible. (Although some lens can produce the best bokeh having apertures of 2.8, 2, 1.8, 1.4 and/or 1.2, the kit lens normally has a limit of f5.6 as its widest at full zoom.)
