Dubai Desert Photoshoot It is a great time of the year to do photo shoots in the desert since the weather is colder. Travel. We arrived at our destination just right before sundown following a friend’s instruction with the help of google maps. It took us about an hour coming from Sharjah to this part of Dubai. What was expected? Wind, sand and dust are expected but at least minus the heat during this time of the year. Though these conditions will surely make anyone with a camera hesitate to bring it out, a photo shoot is still a photo shoot. Just take necessary measures in protecting your gear and be more careful. What I did? I had a filter attached to the lenses and I brought two camera bodies having the lenses which I only need for the shoot. With that, changing lenses won’t be necessary. Also, I occasionally put the camera in the bag, or cover it with something as protection against the sand and dust. Lastly, I cleaned the cameras and lenses once we reached home so that dust won’t settle into it. More Photos HERE. How about you? Is there any more valuable tip you can share to us while shooting in the desert? Write your suggestion in the comments below. Thanks. Clamik Looking for a photographer in Dubai? |
